Greg is a Civil Engineer with more than 35 years of experience spanning programme management, consulting, EPC delivery, and contracting across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and the United States. He currently serves at the Centreville, Virginia–based Parsons Corporation, a digitally enabled solutions provider in the defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure markets. In his current role, Greg is responsible for regional growth and profitability while ensuring staff wellbeing and high standards of delivery. His professional interests include right-first-time profitable project execution, enterprise and project risk management, health, safety, and welfare of site personnel, and the development and retention of high-performing staff. Previously at Parsons, Greg supported delivery planning for major European and Middle East projects as Delivery Lead (UK) and served as Design Management Director for NEOM The Line, acting as Interfaces Design Director within the NEOM London Hub. Before rejoining Parsons, Greg held senior leadership roles across global engineering organisations, including Director of ALGAESYS Lda, Program Deputy Director for the FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar at CH2M, and Regional Operations Director for the Middle East and India at CH2M, where he oversaw large, complex infrastructure portfolios and enterprise risk initiatives. Earlier in his career, Greg delivered landmark projects such as the London 2012 Olympic Games and held senior EPC, country management, and construction leadership roles across Asia, Australia, Europe, and the United States.
