Maeve is a European urban development and investment leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex, capital-intensive projects across Ireland and France.
She began her career with Temple Bar Properties, contributing to Dublin’s landmark Temple Bar regeneration, a multi-stakeholder urban programme integrating housing, commercial development, cultural infrastructure and public realm in a dense city environment.
As Founder and Managing Director of Harcourt Investments, Maeve has raised, structured and managed cross-border real estate investment programmes with funds under management of up to €500 million, deploying capital across complex sites in Dublin, Paris and regional France.
She serves on a number of company and advisory boards, including the Fondation Irlandaise in Paris, overseeing the multi-million Euro redevelopment of the Irish Cultural Centre, and Visual Artists Ireland, the national advocacy body for Ireland’s professional arts sector.
