Caroline is a chartered engineer and senior water industry leader with extensive experience across research, design, operations, consulting, asset delivery and commercial management in both the public and private sectors. In Uisce Éireann she plays a key role in the delivery of large‑scale, nationally significant infrastructure programmes, managing an annual investment portfolio of approximately €1 billion.
Caroline has led complex, multi‑disciplinary programmes and transformation initiatives, championing innovation in treatment design, contracting models and project delivery to drive value, resilience and long‑term outcomes for the sector. She holds a BSc in Environmental Science, a PhD in Environmental Engineering, and is a non executive Director on the Board of UK Water Industry Research (UKWIR).
