With more than 25 years’ experience in the consultancy sector, specialising in energy, water and environmental infrastructure across Ireland and the UK, Joanne leads major programmes and sustainable infrastructure delivery in the water and energy sectors.
Joanne’s technical background in consenting and environmental impact assessment (EIA) has given her first-hand experience of the challenges and opportunities associated with effective project delivery, where these considerations are embedded in project delivery strategy from concept and supported and promoted through development, construction and operation.
Prior to joining Egis, Joanne held senior roles with organisations including Jacobs and SKM Enviros, contributing to the development and delivery of major infrastructure projects such as EirGrid’s Dublin Reinforcement Programme, the Slieve Kirk Overhead Grid Connection, Wylfa Power Station and multiple onshore wind projects in the UK and Ireland.
