Kevin Meaney

In this role, Kevin led on the development of the recent National Development Plan 2021-2030 and has responsibility for Infrastructure Guidelines/Public Spending Code policy. He leads the secretariat function for the Construction Sector Group (CSG) and the CSG Innovation and Digital Adoption Subgroup and leads on the delivery of the Build Digital action being implemented by TU Dublin and partner organisations. Prior to this role, Kevin worked in the Department of Health and in other roles in the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, including working on compliance with the EU fiscal rules and managing the Government Spending Review. Kevin is a member of the Irish Government Economic and Evaluation Service (IGEES) and holds a BA and MA in Economics from UCD.
