Kieran Collins

Kieran is a Director in KPMG’s Infrastructure & Government team, providing strategic and commercial advice on large-scale capital projects. He has experience across the asset lifecycle, including strategy and feasibility, business cases and appraisals, funding, procurement, construction, operations, maintenance, and asset management. Kieran works across all infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on transport, energy, water, and housing. He is currently advising the National Development Finance Agency on the Dublin MetroLink project, and several ports on their capital development plans, particularly regarding the development of offshore wind infrastructure.
