Prior to his current role, Seán co-founded the Better Planning Alliance, working to end Ireland’s housing crisis and aiming to learn from international best practice to alleviate the housing shortage.. His work has appeared in the British Medical Journal, the Irish Times, the Telegraph, and the American Journal of Bioethics. Seán is studying for a MSc in Economic Policy from Trinity College Dublin. He holds degrees in philosophy from Trinity College Dublin and the University of Oxford. He is the recipient of an Emergent Ventures grant and the George Moore, Foundation, and Laidlaw scholarships.
