James joined the T&E executive in 2017. His previous roles include serving as a non-executive director of Irish Rail, and as executive director of An Taisce (The National Trust for Ireland). James holds a law degree from Trinity College Dublin, together with masters degrees in sustainable transport and real estate development from the Technological University Dublin.
